c. “Products” refers to photographs taken and produced by Yoko Shelley.

For appreciation of the photography

All materials and products created by Yoko Shelley are copyrighted and protected by intellectual property laws.
Purchasing products does not grant the customer the right to own or transfer the copyright of those products.

If product is used in an editorial content

  • race category
  • name of the person/people in portrait
  • credit
7  Permitted use
1) Personal use for and by the purchaser
Products (photographs) are allowed to be
  • cropped
  • changed in size
2) Commercial use with authorisation for licensing product(s)

8  Unauthorised personal use
1) To modify, retouch, edit, alter, type, animate, deface or change the product
Products must be kept in their original condition (colour, brightness and format) in order to keep the accuracy of the information contained within the photograph(s).

2) To copy, reproduce, repackage, resell, redistribute or sub-license
e.g.
  • making merchandising goods and sales (T-shirts, mugs, ebooks, books and publications)
  • making an advertisement of purchaser’s goods and/or service without obtaining permission

3) To use for any matter unrelated to the venue or the subjects.
e.g.
  • using products for a blog article such as food & drink, health, medical and diet.
9  Authorised commercial use and licensing products
If the customers and the businesses require using products for commercial purposes, please contact at contact@yoko-shelley-photography.co.uk
The following information will be requested.
  • company name and contact
  • purpose of use
  • type of media and display
  • the photograph(s) to be used
  • where the photograph(s) will be displayed
  • size of the image
  • duration of the usage
10 Return policy
As it’s an electronic downloadable product, returns cannot be accepted.
Products are sold as seen.

11 Damage or loss
Once products are downloaded, it will be the customer’s responsibility to keep and store them.

12 Personal information
1) The website requests customers’ contact details to provide a service and deliver goods.
2) This website uses cookies. Please read cookie policy.
3) The website uses Paypal for financial transaction. Any customer’s financial information (e.g. credit card number) will be stored within Paypal.
This website, www.yoko-shelley-photography.co.uk does not receive customer’s financial information.

13 Permission given to the photographer
The photographer has been given any necessary permission by the organiser(s) of the event(s) to carry out the work undertaken.
